Delivery

Each artwork is made to order and carefully prepared by hand. Please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch, ensuring the highest standard of craftsmanship, framing, and finish.

We offer fully tracked and managed delivery to both business and residential addresses worldwide. All shipments are handled with care and may require a signature upon arrival.

Estimated transit times are 3–5 working days from dispatch, depending on destination and subject to customs clearance for international orders.

UK deliveries are typically shipped the next working day following dispatch via trusted couriers. International orders are managed through specialist shipping partners, with delivery generally taking 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Please note that deliveries to remote postcode areas may incur additional charges. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

Returns

We hope your artwork arrives exactly as expected. However, should you need to arrange a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

As each piece is made to order, returns are accepted only in the event that an artwork arrives damaged or defective. In such instances, we will arrange a replacement or refund with care and attention.

To process a return, we may request photographic documentation. Where possible, items should be returned in their original packaging.
